Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched *usually within 5 business days from the UK. Proof of postage is always obtained.

 

Price stated for postage also includes packaging. Please note: We are unable to hold onto orders placed for a delayed shipping date.

*sometimes during peak sale times, or holidays this can be increased but we aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 weeks. If it is likely to be longer than this we will place a banner on our website detailing the changes.

International orders are very welcome – We ship anywhere. Please add items to your cart and a price will be calculated for you before payment is required.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days from the due date so in reality this is more like 15 days from postage sent taking into account weekends. For International orders this is approximately 30 working days. In the event of a package being determined lost, a replacement will be sent immediately.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, this must be sent back in the original packaging and in a resable condition within 28 days of purchase. This means that any item unless its faulty would not be accepted as returns

The return address will be on the address label of your package: maple notes, 6 Weasenham Lane, PE13 2RY, UK. Please mark your package clearly on the outside with ‘returned goods’ and inside your package please provide a note as to the reason for the return along with your order number. If you do not include your order details with your return this may delay the process

Please ensure you have paid the correct postage to return the items to us. On receipt of your items we will then refund you via the original payment method

 

Your refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We will not cover the postage fee in returning the goods to us
